We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our German team and work on implementing and operating our software products at German healthcare providers. The Technical Consultant is in a critical position in the German service team and is responsible for the technical work involved in implementing the Allocate Optima Workforce Management applications. The implementation process includes all elements of:
This is how you help our customers drive digital innovation:
- Gather, analyse and detail customer requirements and contribute to the creation of specifications and solutions based on these requirements;
- Contribute to software development and programming of customised solutions in support of Allocate Optima that provide data flow integration, reporting enhancements and other specialised functionality;
- Technical support for linking with external systems;
- Accurate estimation of effort and support in the preparation of quotations for new orders;
- Reporting on the progress of technical activities to management;
- Manage and resolve day-to-day problems and issues with the software, referring to product or development resources within Allocate Software as required;
- Appropriately communicate technical environment issues and assist the client in resolving issues related to the technical delivery of the software;
- Provide support services to the Service Support Desk as required, resolving issues and fault reports;
- Identify risks, take appropriate action and escalate as needed;
- Take responsibility for internal communication regarding the customer environment and requirements;
- Conduct post-project experience sharing and communication to relevant stakeholders and colleagues;
- Support in the creation of implementation documentation and toolkits;
You are the innovator we need if you have the following:
- Mastery of the entire software development life cycle for small and medium-sized projects;
- Proven ability to plan and manage software deliveries;
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft Windows Server platforms, including the implementation of application software and the configuration of IIS and web services;
- Experience with Active Directory Federation Services administration;
- Proven knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP protocols;
- Excellent SQL Server programming skills (Transact-SQL) and extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2005 or higher) administration and SQL development;
- Proven knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
- An effective interpersonal style with a focus on delivery and performance.
