Technical customer service (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Carrying out customer service assignments, primarily in northern Germany
- Commissioning, maintenance and repair work on our products at the customer’s premises
- Telephone support for our customers with technical questions
- Technical assessment and inspection of returned goods
- Recording and evaluating complex defects and damage patterns in customer supply systems and helping to develop possible solutions
- Supporting training events for our customers
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the field of heating technology, sanitary engineering or electrical engineering or comparable training in the field of building or supply technology
- ideally with professional experience as a service technician in the field of heating and sanitary engineering
- Good PC skills, experience with common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Motivated and team-oriented personality
- IIndependent and solution-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel in Germany, including overnight stays if necessary
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Commitment, adherence to deadlines and conscientiousness
