Team Leader – Thermal System Development

This challenge awaits you:

Working as part of a team to change the way the world moves the day after tomorrow: As a Team Leader, you will be involved in exciting and current projects ranging from pre-series and series development to series support in Thermal System Development. You support your team and are actively involved in the project work. Furthermore, you are responsible for the coordination of your team, play a key role in the processing of our customer orders and are involved in the overall order management. We want our teams to work together and not settle for the status quo. That's why you will be responsible for the development of your team members as well as the strategic direction and development of the portfolio.

Your Tasks:

• You work on technical project content with a focus on design and coordination in the Thermal System Development environment.
• You are responsible for the technological development of the team portfolio and innovation topics.
• You coordinate closely with our customers.
• You are responsible for order management and project management as well as project acquisition.
• You lead and develop your team strategically.
• You guarantee regular communication within the team as well as coordination and regular communication within the line structure.
• You control the know-how and idea management in the team.

Necessary Skills:

• Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, automotive engineering or a comparable field of study
• Several years of development experience in the automotive sector as well as in thermal perimeters (air conditioning, refrigerant and coolant circuits)
• Knowledge in design
• Experience in the management of employees
• German language skills at least on C1 level and English language skills at least on B2 level
