YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead high performing team of Product Managers, remote and on-site
• Management of existing products including commercial, technical and regulatory aspects, supported by subject matter experts
• Sourcing and introduction of new products
• Close interactions with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and business success
• Develop and execute vendor specific business plans
• Price negotiations with suppliers & price management
• Participation in team meetings, regional trade shows and joint customer visits with suppliers and sales

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Business Management, Science, Supply Chain or related discipline
• Min. of 5 years of experience in Product Management or Procurement of chemical materials
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Chemical Distribution/Production environment
• Ability to lead and inspire others combined with the drive to collaboratively achieve goals and develop teams and individuals. Ideally first leadership experience
• Solid presentation and negotiation skills; sound computer skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint , ERP Systems
• Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the passion to collaboratively grow in a dynamic environment
• Availability to travel internationally if required
