System Specialist (Infor Ln Finance)

Act as internal specialist in Finance for ERP System Infor, Controlling and Financial Applications area. Responsible to provide solutions for operational issues and support for requests involving Finance configuration. Able to support projects for post go-live. Additionally support the testing of change request and implementation of the Change request.

What you will do

• Act as an internal specialist in Core Systems Infor LN Finance and Financial Applications area to work with Business Units to provide solution for day-today topics.
• Work closely with Business Units to ensure integrity of changes to Global ERP.
• Act as 2nd level support for operation issues and requests. Troubleshoot and analysis the root cause of the issues encountered.
• Work closely with Process Governance Officer (PGO) and Project Team for Global template rollouts.
• Support the operation project by implement required configuration, customization, training and testing.
• Work with Standard Infor Support Team for solutions on Standard application bugs.
• Provide change request support for activities including testing, implementation and post go-live support.
• Work with other internal IT teams on any cross-functional topics.
• Support post go-live activities in project rollouts to implement process defined as per global template.

What you bring

• Prior experience in managing ERP operation and support is preferred.
• Experience in BAAN or Infor LN ERP Finance application. Preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in ERP rollout on global project with end-to-end implementation.
• 2-3 years of experience in Baan or Infor LN ERP application.
• 1 year of experience in ERP rollout or end-to-end implementation.
• Educational Qualifications: University Degree.
