As a Solution Engineer for Open Gateway (m/f/d), you will drive, lead and deliver the new products coming from the Open Gateway initiative, which is one of the key Telefonica strategies lead by Telefónica Global unit in close alignment with Telefónica Germany and all other subsidiaries of Telefónica worldwide.
In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams to propose and drive new services/innovations across the technology landscape with a view on business opportunities.
What to expect:
- You advise departments on the implementation of the telecommunications products and services of the future with a 360-degree view from initial IT consulting and requirements analysis to software development and commercial launch.
- You will be responsible for large-scale programs (e.g. as a tribe lead) and ensure project implementation through proactive coordination with stakeholders, taking into account time, quality and budget.
- You ensure a consistent, digital customer experience in all customer interactions by standardizing, automating, and digitizing business processes.
- You plan project roadmaps taking dependencies into account and prepare management decision templatesYou optimize existing software development processes and shape the digital transformation by identifying and implementing measures for modern software development, especially in the area of Scaled Agile and Requirements Engineering.

- What you bring with you:
- You have successfully completed a degree (or comparable training) in business informatics, industrial engineering or a related field.
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in technical product management in agile IT organizations, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Your knowledge in the field of requirement engineering, agile working methods and the implementation and optimization of software development processes is excellent and you have experience in change management.
- Fluent written and spoken English, advantageous in German, Spanish.
