As a Site Reliability Engineer (f/d/m) at Temedica you will be a crucial sparring partner in empowering our data platform and mobile app teams by understanding their unique infrastructure requirements and providing tailored solutions to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure. You will have a central role in streamlining infrastructure management and deployment processes, implementing best practices for infrastructure management, monitoring, and security in oder to deliver seamless and secure healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes and revolutionize the future of healthcare.
Your Role with us
- You develop and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure on GCP and AWS platforms while working with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot infrastructure issues related to performance, scalability, and reliability to maintain service levels.
- You develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure management and deployment and implement best practices for infrastructure management, monitoring, and security.
- You design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- You collaborate with mobile app development teams to understand their infrastructure requirements and provide solutions.
What you bring to the table
- You have 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering with tools like Kubernetes and managing cloud-based infrastructure on AWS or GCP platforms with knowledge of network and system administration concepts.
- You have hands-on experience with automation and scripting tools likes Terraform, Ansible, and Bash.
- You are familiar with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, and Grafana.
- You have great troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
