Tasks
What You’ll Do
- Automate infrastructure creation in a secure way
- Automate tests and CI/CD pipelines with tests
- Automate security tests and audits
- DevOps in a Cloud environment
Responsibilities
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration and rollback processes.
- Collaborate with development teams on system and infrastructure design.
- Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor system performance and improve monitoring and alerting.
- Implement security controls and conduct audits.
- Respond to incidents as part of the on-call team and perform root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Implement and manage service-level objectives (SLOs) with high availability of critical systems.
- Mentor and coach in DevOps and security
- Keep track and improve on KPIs.
Requirements
- GitHub Actions and Terraform
- Cloud-Experience with Azure, AWS, Heroku, Vercel
- Experience with Typescript, shell scripting
- Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools (Jest or similar)
- End-to-end testing (Cypress)
- Load testing (JMeter or similar)
- API testing (Postman or similar)
- Knowledge of OWASP
- Security with Cloudflare
- Agile and SCRUM process management methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Good time management and organizational skills
