Tasks
- Actively participate in collaborative efforts within the team to make informed design decisions that align with project goals and objectives.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end management of the IT infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes, including on-call responsibilities, to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance and optimize the monitoring, alerting, and resilience aspects of the IT environment, contributing to an improved overall operational efficiency.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to automate the provisioning, configuration, and scaling of resources on Azure and Kubernetes.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and industry trends to proactively enhance the security posture of the IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate deployment automation into the software development lifecycle, ensuring consistent and reliable deployments.
Requirements
- You have 3 years+ of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, classical IT operations or CloudOps.
- Experience with any of the major cloud providers. Microsoft Azure would be perfect.
- Sophisticated experience in creating enterprise software platform.
- Microservice architecture is your default in developing web applications.
- Sophisticated experience with Python, Kubernetes and (non-)relational databases like MySQL or Elasticsearch.
- You managing CI/CD pipelines in your past.
