This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Job Description:

   

Responsibilities:

• Plansthemechanicalinstallationofthesystem,fromdeterminingunloadingmethodsto staffing requirements to tools/supplies/etc.
• Supportsthemechanicalinstallationoflarge airandliquidcooled systems
• Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians and product support personnel whom are diagnosing,troubleshooting,repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment
• Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Resolves extremely complex technical issues in creative and effective ways
• Reportsdesign,reliabilityandmaintenanceproblems orbugstodesignengineering
• Works directly with customer on technical support issues to recommend and resolve customer problems
• Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature
• May lead larger scope project relating to service issue
• Position requires travel which can vary from 30% to 75% depending on shipping schedule.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Required Min 2yearsofexperienceinabusinessorfacilities-relatedfunction to computer system Site Planning

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $86,000.00 - $198,000.00
