Your role at zolar
- Work within a cross-functional team of software developers, UX designers, QA, Product Manager.
- Work on our consumer app “zolar Compass” optimising the user journey from purchase until the PV system is installed.
- Closely collaborate with the team owning the subsequent user journey of the zolar Compass app after the PV system is installed (Energy Management).
- Build on vision for product and craft an achievable strategy and make adjustments as necessary based on market changes or company priorities.
- Drive the OKR process and align your teams OKR with the company’s and other team’s objectives.
- Drive and ensure prioritisation of product roadmap & backlog to maximise the team’s impact.
- Empathise with different user types to provide an easy to use and intuitive product.
- Align and keep all parties informed through-out the planning and development process.
- Lead the product discovery and collect and craft high quality product requirements.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including ideation, development, and go-to-market strategies and with this being able to identify areas of improvement and development.
- Effectively allocate resources to ensure product development stays on track and within financial constraints.
- Constantly measure and evaluate improvements & product performance with metrics.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and market research to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Manage the projects scope and timelines and ensure alignment between all involved parties.
What you will need to bring
- Min. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with significant experience building complex type of products, Sales and Sales Funnel experience is essential.
- Strong experience in product discovery, analysing data and technical understanding.
- Understanding structural and architecture composition of German properties.
- A solid command of agile product development methods and tools, preferably Jira/Confluence/Miro.
- Experience creating product roadmaps and driving features development from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
- Good problem solving and decision taking skills.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Plus: experience with and around energy products and/or electrical engineering.
- Plus: experience with Marketplace/Platform Biz Model Products. optimising operational processes and increasing their efficiency.
- Fluent in English and German.
