We have already reached hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide and are growing each year. Our mission is to empower individuals to create, learn, and explore through our unique range of DIY kits. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a (Senior) Product Manager to lead our product expansion efforts.
As the (Senior) Product Manager, you will significantly increase our product portfolio each year. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our offerings align with customer needs and market trends. Your passion for innovation, attention to detail, and strategic mindset will be crucial in achieving our ambitious goals.
Tasks
Product Roadmap and Strategy:
- Develop and own the product roadmap for DIY kits, considering market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Management, Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to define product vision and strategy and to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery.
End-to-End Customer Experiences:
- Create seamless end-to-end experiences for our customers and partners.
- Ensure that DIY kits are user-friendly, well-documented, and meet quality standards.
Market Research and Trends:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to DIY kits.
- Identify gaps in our current portfolio and propose new product ideas.
Metrics, Performance & Technology Integration:
- Define and track key product metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer satisfaction, retention).
- Continuously optimize product features based on data-driven insights.
- Integrate and optimize platforms, order management systems, and other relevant technologies to improve efficiency, minimize errors, and reduce costs by implementing automations to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual intervention.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes.
- Address any issues promptly to maintain a high-quality product experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 3 + years of proven experience in product management, preferably in D2C or E-commerce.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a business level of German and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Strategic thinking but with a hands-on mentality!
