Our Heart Failure & Disease Management team is responsible for products and services for Heart Failure care such as Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy devices, as well as innovative Disease Management Solutions.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the future outlook and strategic roadmap for the heart failure therapy segment

• You drive the market intelligence and research in order to identify needs and opportunities as well as establish competitive profiles

• You are responsible for the requirement specification, definition, conceptual development of digital products and medical devices throughout their entire life cycle.

• You are responsible for planning and developing projects by generating and prioritizing new product ideas, defining product strategies and maintaining product roadmaps

• You work closely with KOLs, doctors, clinical staff and patients (including on site) to identify and understand our customers needs.

• You support the creation of financial business cases for new product ideas based on market and internal feedback

• You work closely with research & development, regulatory, clinical research and regional teams.

• You ensure the success of our products by using prototypes to evaluate ideas and specifications,

Your profile

• You are a teamplayer, value a cooperative way of working, are able to work independently and are goal-oriented.

• You have a strong hands-on mentality, and can inspire others with your enthusiasm. You are outgoing and not afraid to command a room

• You have completed a degree in industrial engineering, computer science or a comparable area of focus.

• Experience in the healthcare sector and specifically cardiology is a plus.

• You have excellent stakeholder management skills and are able to build a business case based on sound, informed decisions about financial matters

• You have a good understanding of digital technologies and business models and ideally have start-up experience and/or international exposure

• You are fluent in English and have good knowledge of German, both spoken and written.

• Your work well in an international environment and are looking forward to travel to interact with our customers and regional interfaces.
