SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER (M/F/D)

• Strategic planning and alignment of marketing- and communication activities for Commercial Excellence
• Developing integrated communication concepts for key topics with a focus on digital media and channels
• Executing these concepts, from briefing, planning and budgeting to creating timelines, defining channels, producing assets, to publishing, monitoring and reporting on the impact of your communication for the defined target group
• Coordinating the communication with neighboring departments in Marketing and Digital Customer Experience as well as Corporate Communications where relevant
• Consulting team-leads and topic owners regarding communication activities of their content and pro-actively suggesting new ways and ideas to reach the target audience effectively
• Driving the success on the internal Social Media Channel
• Leading the successful communication of the yearly Sales Survey, including alignment with the Survey Team as well as publishing the results globally and locally
• Coordinating, preparing, and executing department meetings and events together with the Commercial Excellence Communications team
• Supervising working students and external employees within the Commercial Excellence Communications team

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent, ideally with a focus on digital communication and campaigns
• Alternatively, a minimum experience of 6 years working in a similar position in a corporate company or an advertising, PR or media agency as Client Director or Key Account Manager
• Experience in managing complex marketing-communication projects with various stakeholders in a corporate setting
• Proven experience in Sales- and B2B communication and/or internal and Corporate Communications
• Ability to translate abstract and technical topics into engaging stories and communication concepts for a Sales- or internal audiences
• Experience in working in different team constellations in a dynamic B2B work environment
• Knowledge in social media or influencer marketing
• Versed in planning and executing larger meetings and events in a physical, virtual or hybrid setting
• Expertise in Office 365
• Business fluent in English and ideally also fluent in German
