In your new role you will:
- Manage a team that provides Physical Verification Solutions to the whole design and layout community in Infineon
- Envision, develop and roll-out methodologies for Physical Verification, Parasitic Extraction and ESD Verification
- Take over ownership and steer projects with your energetic and charismatic leadershipstyle
- Be the interface to internal development groups, project managers and external EDA software providers
- Be responsible for full professional team management, i.e. resource pipeline balancing, team coordination, team development, performance assessment and hiring
- Be accountable for quality, cost, scope, and timeline targets that are to be achieved by your team
- Represent your team in cross site methodology exchange and collaborations
Your Profile
You contribute to a culture of an open and honest dialogue and feedback while feeling responsible for your own doing and decisions. You accept responsibility for decisions and for their positive or negative outcomes.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field
- At least 6 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry in relevant R&D positions
- Energetic communication skills in combination with a positive mindset
- Experience in Product Development, Physical Verification or Analog Circuit Design
- Sound knowledge in your own technical area of expertise and a focus on management and coordination skills
- Remarkable presentation skills which enable you to master the alignment across internal and external contacts in a multicultural and international environment
- Highly motivated with ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
- Excellent English skills, german would be a plus
