AdresseWe're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Finance Project Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You are part of the Finance Process & Systems team within GFT (Global Finance Transformation), responsible for automation and digitalization projects, new country launches and PMI's projects from Finance perspective;
- You analyze financial processes e2e and elaborate recommendations to optimize our Accounting, Controlling, and Finance operations;
- You participate in cross-departmental Finance Projects supporting teams on topics related to automation, workflow optimization, and others, relating to Finance, i.e. Accounting, Treasury, ERP, Tax etc;
- You drive process improvements based on analysis of "big" transactional data and measure subsequent performance of the processes after improvements are implemented;
- As a member of the Finance Process & Systems team within Global Finance Transformation you regularly communicate with people from other Flix entities around the globe, cooperate on different process related topics and help them with solving their issues with TECH and processes;
- You help to develop best practices around processes and report directly to Process & Systems Team Lead.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Excellent Bachelor or Master's degree from a top university in Business, Economics or related field of study;
- 5+ years full-time work experience in accounting, controlling, consulting, business development or the (corporate) finance team of a start-up/dynamic company;
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to use data to back up assumptions;
- Strong technical skills in productivity tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) and data management / visualization e.g. PowerBI are a must;
- Relevant experiences with ERP systems (Oracle would be an advantage, but SAP, Navision, etc..);
- Programming skills (Python, VBA, etc.), is a plus;
- Distinct analytical mindset as well as high affinity with numbers;
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with dynamically changing tasks and priorities;
- You are proficient in English, German and/or another European language will be considered as an advantage;
- You love working with people and will enjoy interacting with and managing the priorities of a large number of stakeholders.
