As an Internal Business Process Manager you play a key role in establishing our Business Process Management and advise our business units across all continents, how to model and manage their processes. - You will support the company in the implementation of a Business Process Management (BPM) system
- You will design methods and processes for the use and operation of the BPM system
- Act as an interface to the service lines and corporate functions, you will advise your colleagues in the design and modelling of Business Processes
- You will support the design of necessary roles and functions for a sustainable holistic Business Process Management
- You will create new and improve on existing IT projects, working closely with the IT departments in accordance with their processes
- You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of internal IT process documentation
- Main point of contact, for exchange of technical knowledge within the team and in cooperation with other teams globally
- Qualification or a degree in IT (e.g., IT specialist)
- Significant experience in Business Process engineering in a global, corporate environment; experience in comparable service industries is highly desirable
- Proficient in English and comfortable in an interface position; strong communication skills and confident presenting issues to a broad audience and senior stakeholders
- Expertise in BPNM 2.0 and applications for process modelling and automation, e.g., Signavio
- Solid knowledge of PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Word essential
- Experience in requirements analysis using various methods (e.g. use cases)
- Independent and structured way of working, strong analytic thinking, combined with flexibility and organizational skills
- High level of commitment, project & time management and service-orientation
