Collaborating closely with specialized teams in the Core Division, you and your team will drive the advancement of the central platform, with a particular focus on services and tools developed using Java, Spring Boot, and Golang. To Do:

• Lead a dedicated cohort of platform engineers, ensuring their contributions deliver unparalleled value to all tech teams within our expansive TECH umbrella.
  
• Supervise the foundational services and tools that empower multiple teams to design and operate their microservices with efficiency.
  
• Guide your team to continually refine their methods, fostering an environment of innovation and exploration of emerging technologies that nurture their professional growth.
  
• Leverage your hands-on experience in software development to introduce cutting-edge engineering methodologies, enabling your engineers to make informed technical judgments.
  
• Harness your exceptional communication skills to guide both engineers and managerial staff in prioritizing essential engineering improvements aligned with our overarching goals.
  

Profil:

• You bring a wealth of experience in guiding software engineers and have dedicated several years to the realm of modern cloud-native creation.
