• You will be responsible for producing technical deliverables in concept and FEED (front-end engineering design) studies
• You will lead and develop a small team of 5 people
• You will act as a mediator between sales and technology, working with sales experts to support our customers in a variety of ways, proposing solutions to their needs and clarifying technical issues
• You are a problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset - it is important to find non-standard solutions and take a holistic approach to each problem
• You will be responsible for creating customised solutions for customer project specific adaptations of our standard PEM electrolyser products for large industrial process plants, engineering these solutions, producing the relevant documentation and resolving deviation

• You have a degree in process, electrical, mechanical or automation engineering or a comparable background
• You have several years of experience with large industrial process plants in plant design
• You have already been responsible for major projects worth several million euros
• You have experience in managing people and projects
• Experience with PEM electrolysers is highly desirable. Otherwise, experience with other industrial electrochemical process equipment may be acceptable
• You work independently, systematically and in a structured manner
• You are hands-on and inspiring with your strong communication skills
• Your level of English or German is fluent
