Within our Power & Sensor Systems division Medium Voltage Product Line, we are looking for a Senior Director Product Marketing, reporting directly to the Product Line Head. If you are looking for a role where you will be empowered to use your technical, marketing, and leadership skills this is the perfect chance for you. In this role, you will take over global responsibility for the product roadmap and marketing strategy of an assigned portfolio of discrete power MOSFET products from 100V to 400V.

Job description

In your new job you will:

• Be responsible for all Product Marketing aspects of a product line with a triple digit
  million revenue at industry benchmark profitability
• Create and execute a 5-year marketing strategy and corresponding revenue plan as part of annual strategic planning process
• Own roadmap definition and generation of new product ideas with a clearly defined value proposition and d efine the g o-to- m arket strategy
• Ensure execution of the product roadmap and prioritize R&D projects according to business priorities
• Drive collaboration across different product lines to expand system solutions for focus applications
• Organize competitive intelligence and deploy marketing strategies and implications out of it
• Create and maintain key market data including TAM, SAM, and SOM for the
  business
• Shape, manage and develop a local team consisting of approx. 4-6 direct reports
• Steer and guide interdisciplinary teams within the matrix organization to achieve business targets

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics,
  Business Administration or similar, a MBA is preferred
• 10+ years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry such as
  general management, technical or Product Marketing and a good understanding of systems required to develop strategies enabl ing market share growth
• A proven track record in business development and market share growth
• Experience in managing and growing large businesses with a global and diverse customer base as well as developing long term strategic relationships with partners
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities to lead and work with global cross functional teams, taking full ownership and steering all parties towards common strategic and business goals
• Gravitas for clear and structured communication, able to translate complex and abstract situations into concrete and meaningful messages to assist decision making and strategy formulation; ease of dealing with executives with consistency and intent
• Capability to influence, motivate and steer teams in a matrix organization without leadership authority
• Great sense of setting ambitious goals, taking ownership and making timely decisions
• Experience of working abroad and being able to handle cultural differences and can effectively lead interdisciplinary and internationally diverse teams
• Fluent English language skills, German or the willingness to learn it as a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group K (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
