Job description

In your new role you will:

• Planning: Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure the project is executed on time and within budget.
• Communication: Establish effective communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure everyone is on the same page and aligned with the project goals and objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks that could affect the project and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure the project is completed successfully.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the project meets the quality standards by implementing quality assurance processes and conducting regular reviews and testing.
• Team Management: Manage the project team by providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the team is productive and engaged.
• Budget Management: Ensure that the project is delivered within the allocated budget, monitor project expenses, and make adjustments as needed.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, , to ensure that the project meets their expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the project’s performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the project’s success.
• Adherence to Industry Standards: Ensure that the project adheres to industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and avoid any legal or regulatory issues.
• Successful Project Delivery: Deliver the project successfully by meeting all the project objectives, including scope, time, budget, and quality.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Training / qualification:
-Meet internal Project Management training & certification at required schedule
-Minimum of a bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical / Industrial engineering, micro-electronics or related studies combined with a good technical understanding
-At least 3 years of leading projects and project teams.
Job experience:
- Project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation; is able to select, scale and combine the appropriate project methodologies and tools
-Ability to understand and structure mid complex project situations; manage crisis situations, consolidate and share with the key stakeholders
-Excellent intercultural competencies and communication skills; 90% English written and spoken
