ZODPOVĚDNOST
- Řízení a rozvoj prodeje BU v České republice
- Plnění cílů a řízení budgetu BU
- Vedení a rozvoj týmu podřízených, onbording nových zaměstnanců
- Příprava marketingových plánů pro svěřené produkty
- Příprava obchodních plánů a jejich implementace
- Příprava dlouhodových strategických cílů
- Uvádění nových přípravků na trh
- Osobní kontakt s VIP zákazníky a KOL
- Monitorování trhu a analyzování konkurence
- Kontakt s dodavateli produktů
- Vedení obchodních jednání
- Základní problematika registrace produktů a nastavení cen
- Pravidelný kontakt s centrálou
- Spolupráce s ostatními odděleními a divizemi Merck v České republice
PROFIL KANDIDÁTA
VZDĚLÁNÍ
- Vysokoškolský titul – preference medicínského nebo přírodovědného vzdělání
PRACOVNÍ ZKUŠENOSTI
- Minimálně 5 let zkušeností na obdobné pracovní pozici velkou výhodou
- Obchodní i marketingová praxe v oblasti farmacie podmínkou
ZNALOSTI A DOVEDNOSTI
- Výborná znalost AJ slovem i písmem
- Aktivní znalost MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Znalost farmaceutického trhu
- Ekonomické znalosti
- Samostatná, flexibilní a komunikativní osobnost
- Vysoká angažovanost
- Schopnost vést, motivovat a rozvíjet tým
- Základní znalost problematiky registrací
- Odolnost vůči stresu
