MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Leads and directs consumer marketing activities to build up brand positioning. Responsible for the development and management of marketing strategies and programs to effectively achieve commercialization, profit margin and business plan objectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop consumer and digital marketing strategy with brand lead for a better consumer engagement & experience. Measure & report performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) with proposed action plan.
- Lead digital marketing campaign & all brand activation activities at trade channels, from Ecommerce to General Trade and Modern Trade… by managing internal team & external agency on creative, production & deployment ensuring quality delivery & timeline execution.
- Develop and deploy consumer journey and insight based automated marketing campaigns from upstream to downstream, via Saleforce.com and other platforms. Collaborate with CRM to convert lead into purchase and retention.
- Propose marketing, advertising and promotional strategy of the product to achieve short and long term business objectives; including revenue, sales, profit and market share targets.
- Identify, analyze, and translate product, brand, customer, consumer, and competitive information into marketing strategy. Supervise team to ensure all materials and activities are aligned with and executed in accordance with the strategic direction.
- Manage budgets, reports and forecasts in a timely manner. Lead in annual budget Plan/ Update cycle. Achieve forecast accuracy and new products launch KPI targets.
- Build good relationship with stakeholders in cross-function team and be able to get alignment with cross-function team to deploy the marketing program smoothly to support brand business.
- Develop annual brand plan and projects, which includes marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure timely execution. Evaluation on the productivity.
- Support Business Excellence recertification and sustain business excellence standards
- Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products and develop action plans to address them.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and Safety procedures
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise ABM and provide needed coaching/feedback to help him/her to accomplish assigned projects.
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 6-7 years
- Related marketing experience in MNC FMCG industry
- At least 2-3 years at the same position
- Prefer background FMCG with strong skills in data analytics
