SAP Fieldglass was “born cloud” and we are considered one of the forerunners of today’s highly successful cloud delivery model. We provide a cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS) to manage contingent workforce and services procurement programs. More than 500 customers globally leverage the SAP Fieldglass solution to gain visibility into their external workforces, including contingent labour, services managed through Statements of Work and independent contractors while optimizing spend, quality, compliance, and efficiency. YOUR FUTURE ROLE

To support our globally operating team, we are looking for a Functional Delivery Consultant (FDC) (f/m/d) responsible to implement and consult on how to best adopt the SAP Fieldglass solution with our national and international customers. As a Functional Delivery Consultant (f/m/d), you will be a subject matter expert in the SAP Fieldglass application owning the functional aspects of initial implementations and expansions for new and existing customers. You will also provide advisory for live customers on specific business challenges to ensure optimal use of SAP Fieldglass features and functions. You will work in an enthusiastic team with colleagues in different locations across EMEA serving our customers across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• Work with or without an assigned Project Delivery Consultant or partner to successfully deliver implementation projects
• Lead design workshops using on system demos, user stories and product backlog to gather business requirements and to define the solution design with customers and/or partners
• Advise on SAP Fieldglass Leading Practice processes/ configuration
• Configure the SAP Fieldglass solution
• Document customer specific configuration and business requirements
• Manage data collection and data migration
• Support customer testing and related issue resolution
• Input into test to production cutover activity planning and execution of related activities
• Support project closure including lessons learned
• Provide input to assigned Project Manager including risk and issue tracking and status reporting. Ensure following SAP Fieldglass project methodology to ensure quality of implementation
• Collaborate with integration experts to connect the SAP Fieldglass solution to other systems (e.g. SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors) to implement integrated end-to-end Recruit to Retire and Source to Pay processes
• Actively develop and maintain product knowledge through self-study, training attendance and project experiences
• Deliver SAP Preferred Success advisory and adoption services related to the functional aspects of the SAP Fieldglass solution

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree (Diploma / Bachelor / Master) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent
• 3+ years of professional and industry experience, preferably in a technology, consulting or external staffing organisation supporting cloud-based applications, where consulting was required
• Experience in the adoption and/or deployment of SAP Fieldglass solutions and SAP Fieldglass product knowledge desirable
• Industry experience in external workforce and services procurement desirable
• Resilience and willingness to work on multiple customer projects in parallel
• High quality professional standards in documentation, presentations, project approach and ways of working
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide consultation to customers and partners while managing expectations
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced culture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasm to familiarize yourself with new topics and develop a broad range of professional skills and technical product knowledge
• Experience using Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups, Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and diagramming applications (e.g. Lucid Chart)
• Full professional proficiency in English and German (both written and verbal)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel approximately 5-10% of the time

Ideally, you have already worked in cloud implementation projects, where you have demonstrated working successfully with customer business and IT stakeholders.
