Aufgaben:
Bewerbung des Top-Produkts innerhalb der Business Unit Specialty
Betreuung von schwerpunktmäßig FachärztInnen (Krankenhaus und niedergelassen)
Erstellung des Gebietsplans inkl. Gebietsanalyse
Realisierung von Umsatz- und Marktanteilszielen
Auf- und Ausbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen und Netzwerke
Planung und Durchführung von (hybriden) Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
Initiierung und Umsetzung von Aktivitäten, Projekten und Initiativen gemäß Produktstrategie sowie Erfolgskontrolle
Nutzung des Omnichannel Ansatzes, um Kunden nach ihren Präferenzen zu erreichen
Markt- und Mitbewerberbeobachtung sowie Identifikation von Chancen und Hürden mit entsprechender Maßnahmensetzung
Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem x-funktionalem Team
Einhaltung der Richtlinien sowie bewusstes Handeln nach unseren Werten
Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie, Human- oder Veterinärmedizin oder erfolgreich abgelegte Pharmareferentenprüfung
Erfahrungen im pharmazeutischen Vertrieb von Vorteil
Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke, sowie ergebnisorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Digitale Affinität und Freude am Veranstaltungsmanagement
Gute Englischkenntnisse
Marktkonformes Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 60.000.- mit entsprechender Überzahlung, abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und einschlägigen Erfahrung sowie lukrative Prämien und Firmen-PKW
