Prospect, Qualify, and Close leads across US and EMEA.
Build & develop a strong sales pipeline by collaborating with the SDR and marketing to consistently grow our inbound and outbound opportunity generation.
Create, prioritise and run sales experiments and projects
Build the foundation of the team (Culture, Playbook, Compensation model,..)
Help to hire future Sales talents.
Help to build and articulate the sales strategy to hit our company goals
Set the authority of Slite as a remote work expert
Be part of the customer's voice for the product & marketing teams.
A few words on our Sales field today
You'll be part of our early customer team which consists of Sales, Success and Support. We are shifting the company's resources toward growth, it's a great time to join if you're looking to have net impact. We are working with customers all over to structure their growth and adopt asynchronous communication. Our customers are spread worldwide but we focus in the US and EMEA.
Who will I be working with?
You will be working withBrieuc (Head of Sales & CX), Iria (SDR), Romain (Growth Marketing) and our future Head of Customer Success.
What do I need?
4 years experience in B2B SaaS ideally in a Product Led SaaS Sales role.
Experience building sales tactics, analysing results and prioritising efforts.
A background in successfully building, growing, and motivating a team of Sales.
You're consultative with a team selling experience, you can teach new ways of working & challenge customers.
You have a creative and entrepreneurial mindset to find new ways to grow our pipeline.
You strive to work, challenge & leverage different teamsto achieve your outcomes.
You want to write the playbook, not just follow it. You are relentless in pursuing goals and solving problems.
