The opportunity 

Are you ready to build and spearhead a dynamic Sales Enablement team, driving optimization in lead generation and order processing while leveraging data insights to fuel growth and efficiency? Then this is the opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities 

  • Build and lead the Sales Enablement team
  • Develop and manage the overall Sales Enablement strategy.
  • Establish and maintain Sales Enablement programs and resources to support the professional development and productivity of the sales team
  • Evaluate and recommend Sales Enablement tools, technologies, and platforms that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team. Provide training on these tools to maximize adoption and proficiency.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication channels between sales and other departments. Ensure sales teams are informed about product updates, marketing campaigns, and company initiatives.
  • Identify successful sales techniques, strategies, and best practices within the organization and share these insights across the sales team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and thorough follow-through.
  • Drive quality and process change initiatives to enable the sales team to exceed business plans.

What you need to succeed 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading sales operations or enablement teams in fast-growth software/SaaS companies.
  • Conceptual, methodological, and didactic knowledge in the field of training products
  • Strong communication skills and ability to strategize across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Comfortable working in a technology-driven, data-oriented business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong process orientation and efficient, self-organized work approach.
  • Experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus.
