Our Revenue Operations team is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end revenue generation and Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, from lead generation to sales and customer retention.

As our Revenue Operations Manager you will be responsible for optimizing the success of our organization's sales team by managing sales goals, sales forecasting, and processes. You will be an integral part of our team, working on creating and implementing sales processes, overseeing the sales team, and planning and strategizing sales goals. You will conceptualize CRM features to make our processes more efficient and drive analyses to maximize sales productivity and boost our customer win rates.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence in a growth environment. We are currently in an exciting expansion phase as a company where Revenue Operations plays a key role in the success of the company

Your mission

  • Support all our sales related workflows in Salesforce & other sales tools (like Groove, Clari) and conceptualize improvements to be executed by our CRM team
  • Analyze the health of the business by interpreting key performance metrics and present recommendations to senior leadership (funnel analytics, win rates, pipeline coverage)
  • Take an active part in our sales forecasting process and business reviews with our leadership teams
  • Work on defining our Go-To-Market approach (segmentation, planning, quotas)
  • Own and enhance data-sources and data reporting to gain scale and address new requirements to ensure data integrity
  • Work together with our Compensation Manager on sales commission plans and attainment insights
  • Work cross‐functionally to drive the execution of go‐to‐market strategies

 

Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS business
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce reporting, business intelligence tools)
  • Good understanding of business and sales processes and critical thinking to question the status quo
  • Solid problem solving skills: Demonstrate ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations
  • You enjoy "getting your hands dirty" by digging into complex operations in a scale up environment
  • Fluent in German and English
