YOUR MISSION:

As Senior Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/d)* you will design, develop, and maintain content, processes, and tooling that drive alignment and increase performance efficiencies across all commercial departments Growth, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success) and the entire Customer Lifecycle. The team will be responsible for the translation of strategic goals into actionable processes for the commercial teams with the goal of maximising our revenue potential.

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Work closely with all commercial teams along the customer lifecycle to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Implement efficient processes that help us to improve performance, including tracking key metrics such as lead conversion and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer success, to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and optimize the Revenue Operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention.
  • Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the Revenue Operations process.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Revenue Operations best practices and tools.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Revenue Operations process.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Project management and process development skills, with a proven track record of end-to-end process implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Dreamdata, Outreach, Gong, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team and the ability to collect stakeholder feedback.
  • Knowledge of the sales process and the company's target audience and goals.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the Revenue Operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skills
