Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction and increase the profitability of the Micro segment.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address development opportunities.
- Harmonize group-wide best practices, align Micro strategy to overall Retail operating model and facilitate the implementation of digital solutions throughout the whole Micro area.
- Monitor market performance & provide input for improving the overall Business Development.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, customers and employees.
Your Background
- Strong experience in an international leadership role in the field of Retail business and particularly in Micro business management.
- A service-oriented and transformational mindset.
- Strong understanding of Micro business in CEE Region and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically, with a strong understanding of business objectives and how technology can support them.
- A service-oriented and transformational mindset with the willingness to drive Erste Group’s retail innovation area to functional excellence.
- A strong experience in collaborating with C-Levels (board) and various internal & external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, any other CEE language is of advantage.

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.567,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
