The Development Manager will report to the Senior Development Director
This is a temporary contract role
Responsibilities:
You will:
Coordinate across 2-3 diverse project teams in multiple disciplines to ensure that deliverables and goals are met.
Partner with senior production and your team leads to manage scope/capacity.
Keep the development team and external partners informed of project goals, schedules, and deliverables.
Track, report and triage issues for your team by working with other production staff in the department.
Communicate with project team and coordinate requirements with external partners
Form close working relationships with discipline leads and individual contributors.
Qualifications:
4+ years of software project management experience.
Experience with project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Experience working with teams and demonstrating a high degree of emotional intelligence.
Experience with maintaining composure under pressure and rally multiple teams to achieve a common goal.
Experience with proactively resolving problems independently
Experience with industry project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
