Recruitment officer x1 (Temporary) at UB head office (Local only)
Participate in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organization's recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.

- Sources, recruits, screens, interviews, and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs.
- Respond to inquiries about the organization's recruitment activities and status of job vacancies, check references, select candidates, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.
- Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and develop interview questions in cooperation with the hiring manager so interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
- Coordinate with the medical providers and arrange pre-employment medical checkups.
- Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, and job offer materials in accordance with the job specifications so successful candidates have all the necessary information to decide to accept the position.
- May recruit from colleges, technical schools, and job fairs and utilize the services of employment agencies.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources Administration, or related field
- Previous recruitment experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations in Mongolia
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive.
- Professional in verbal and written English
- Demonstrate ability to work with agility
