We are looking for: Project Manager Global OneCRM - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/05/2024

Responsibilities:

• Follow up and track standard internal projects by using standard project management principles and quality standards
• Ensure and measure milestones, collect regular feedback, and propose appropriate actions as needed
• Coordination and oversight of strategic projects
• Supporting the OneCRM (customer relationship management) Team in the identification and pursue of process improvements
• Create presentations and conduct analysis and suggest improvements based on analysis
• Support adoption measures for strategic focus areas
• Pursue and follow up actions to support and achieve business transformation according to business strategy
• Support budgeting process

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in International Management / Project Management / Digital Management / Marketing / Communications or relevant field
• Experience in project management, change management, pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Skilled in IT, Innovation and Digital Trends
• Good knowledge of MS Office / MS Office365
• Strong knowledge in Power BI tool, SQL is an asset
• Proficiency in English, German would be a strong asset
• Digital mindset, ability to utilize new channels in an effective and impactful way
• An energetic, pro-active, and professional presence
• Ability to engage and collaborate transversally
• Good communication skills
• Organized decision maker
• Ability to work and cope with in an international & multicultural environment that is in transformation
• Experience in Agile / Lean Project Management is a plus
