Head of Global Workplace Project and Portfolio Management

As Head of GlobalWorkplace Project and Portfolio Management you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog at portfolio level, communicating the product vision and value to stakeholders and working with the development team to deliver high quality products.

Responsibilities

• You lead various scrum teams, helping to remove impediments and foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
• You promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team and throughout the organization. Train and mentor the team and stakeholders on agile methodologies and best practices.
• You ensure that the products to be delivered are in line with the product roadmap and fulfil quality standards and customer expectations.
• You are aware that you play a key role in our transformation process from locally organized IT to a global and agile IT organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Multiple years of experience as a product owner and scrum master in agile teams
• Excellent knowledge of agile frameworks, tools, and techniques (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to create user-centric and value-driven products that meet customer needs and business goals
• Passion for learning new technologies and trends in the software industry
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, or others may be preferred
