- Strategic planning and coordination of IT project managers for global implementation and rollout projects
- Procurement, negotiation, and guidance of external IT project managers
- Promotion of potential new Project Management standards and methods
- Methodical coaching of team members
- Leadership, continuation, and continuous development of cross-functional method competence networks.
- Support in establishing IT Project Management standards and methods in our subsidiaries (NCSA, APAC, EMEA)
- Functional/methodical leadership of IT Business Consultants at other IT locations
- Support in the strategic alignment and development of the department
Your profile:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading global IT project teams, ideally also in team management
Leadership personality with experience in IT Project Management (practical and methodical) and a strong passion for promoting and developing team members
Excellent understanding of processes and connections in project, program, and portfolio management
Analytical thinking and a keen understanding of complex issues
Excellent communication and moderation skills, as well as negotiation skills and persuasiveness
Strong stakeholder management
Very good proficiency in both German and English is required
