Are you passionate about IT Project Management, derive energy from collaborating with people, and feel motivated by taking on responsibility? Then you're in the right place! We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated leader to head our IT Project Management Team.
What you can expect:
- Leadership, development, and individual growth of team members
- Strategic planning and coordination of IT project managers for global implementation and rollout projects
- Procurement, negotiation, and guidance of external IT project managers
- Promotion of potential new Project Management standards and methods
- Methodical coaching of team members
- Leadership, continuation, and continuous development of cross-functional method competence networks.
- Support in establishing IT Project Management standards and methods in our subsidiaries (NCSA, APAC, EMEA)
- Functional/methodical leadership of IT Business Consultants at other IT locations
- Support in the strategic alignment and development of the department
Your profile:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading global IT project teams, ideally also in team management
Leadership personality with experience in IT Project Management (practical and methodical) and a strong passion for promoting and developing team members
Excellent understanding of processes and connections in project, program, and portfolio management
Analytical thinking and a keen understanding of complex issues
Excellent communication and moderation skills, as well as negotiation skills and persuasiveness
Strong stakeholder management
Very good proficiency in both German and English is required
