We are looking for you, located in Trier or 100 % remote in Germany as a
Product Manager (m/f/d) Patient Portal
Your responsibilities:
Workflow orientated product management for a Patient Portal (web portal and mobile app)
Ensuring KHZG FTB2 readiness including interoperability (ISiK, FHIR) and data privacy
Ensuring smooth user orientated workflows in interaction with ORBIS
Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends
Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams
Communication with our customers and development partners
Identifying and resolving dependencies on other teams
Definition of User-Journeys in cooperation with UX designers
Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
Driving the digitalization of clinical admission and treatment processes
Preparation of manuals and product documentation
Your qualifications and skill requirements:
A successfully completed degree in the field of health care or product management, alternatively an equivalent combination of education and professional experience (ideally from the hospital sector)
More than 5 years’ experience in Software Product Management or equivalent
More than 2 years’ experience hospital patient admission and treatment processes or equivalent
Enjoy challenges and finding solutions
Very well structured and organized
Very good knowledge of clinical processes
Affinity for value-oriented digitalization
Very strong human relations skills
Excellent communication skills in German and English (French is a plus)
KHZG knowledge would be an advantage
