In the Quality Assurance Department based in Trier is an open position as Products Standards Manager (m/f/d) to fill.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities in New Product Development projects (Heated Tobacco Sticks, Conventional & Oral Products)
- Lead the develop and improvement of product quality requirements/standards and programs relevant for Heated Tobacco Sticks, Conventional & Oral Products to assure product compliance and fulfilment of company quality requirements
- Support of CP QA product standards & programs implementation related to Business integration and strategic initiatives/projects
- Develop & improve global Quality Management System (QMS) requirements related to product development and implement global QMS requirements with R&D
- Conduct periodical audits with R&D departments to validate R&D adherence to the QMS requirements & identify improvement areas including CAPA follow-up.
Your Profile
- Scientific or technical university degree (e.g. chemical, physical or environmental engineering or food technology) or comparable education
- Minimum 5 years of business practice and excellent knowledge in quality assurance and quality management, preferably in the tobacco industry
- Additional experience in other JTI functions (R&D, GSC) is considered as advantage
- Integrative personality with distinctive ability to work in a diverse team
- Very good communication skills
- Very good organizational skills, flexibility, and creativity
- Sovereignty when dealing with internal and external partners
- Sense of reliability and confidentiality
- Profound project management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of data analysis techniques & statistics
- Fluent in English both written and spoken; other languages are of advantage
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint & Excel), including experience in SAP R/3
