Tasks
- Lead the development of our main platform, overseeing both frontend and backend requirements.
- Foster clear communication channels between business and IT teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Take charge of ticket management, including creation, adjustment, testing, and release processes.
- Contribute to resource allocation and capacity planning for upcoming roadmaps.
- Manage the end-to-end processes for feature improvements and bug resolution, including risk assessment and documentation of product processes.
Requirements
- Business Degree in Business, Product Management, or a relevant technical field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven startup.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Linear) and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Vimeo, Nuclino).
- Solid grasp of technical concepts for effective communication with technical teams.
- Knowledge of Figma and Tableau is a plus.
- Fluent communication and writing skills in English (German native skills are a plus).
- Primary and permanent residence must be in Germany.
