ENVIRONMENT
You will join a large team of product owners, managers, scrum masters, IT development teams in the RISK Management Products Department.
Main Tasks & Responsabilities:
Main Activities:
· Governance Meetings – Preparation and organisation of meetings, decks, minutes, review and distribution of processes.
· Budget consolidation and follow-up
· Data gathering, and compilation, treatment, reporting
· Control actuals / variances / Forecasts
· Timetracking, Invoices, PO’s
· Resource plan maintenance – monthly / yearly / strat plan
· Procurement process – PO creation
· Invoicing process – AXA intragroup
· Update the required AXA GS tools
· Other related Ad Hoc / New requests
· Contracts
· Cost studies elaboration and updates & costs modelling based on requests from technical teams/entities for the different applications
· Budget forecasts elaboration for the different financial exercises per year and deck preparation (Revenues to be charged, detailed costs & hypothesis for dedicated and mutualized/shared costs, calendars), plus presentation to the entities
· Tagging procedure for applications in Azure and info update in Confluence
· FinOps - Cloud costs consumption alerts monitoring and investigation of deviations with technical teams (quality review and accidentology)
Supporting/facilitate:
- Meetings, decks, minutes, review and distribution process
- Responsible for execution / support of AXA GS Product Mgt processes on Budget, Procurement and Billing
Your Profile
Professional & Technical Skills
Functional skills:
· PMO experience in large projects - Governance / Finance / Procurement;
· Analytical mind-set and oriented to details, evidence collector, documentation mind-set and organisation skills;
· Experience of working alongside internal and external providers in an international context;
· Working experience on “purchase to pay” process.
· Experience in FinOps with Azure is a plus
Technical skills:
· MS Office expertise, specially Excel and Powerpoint
Soft skills:
· Good communication skills
· Attentive, available and reliable
· Proactivity and results orientation
· Willing to learn and accept new challenges
· Degree in a relevant area, such as, Computer Science, Management, engineering.
Language
English: Independent user (B1 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
Other
Ability to travel - Ability to travel / ability to be relocated for short periods in other European countries
Work remotely - Ability to work remotely for an extended period.
