In this role, you will be the central point of contact for business process optimizations in the assigned area, contributing to positioning the business area for future success and efficiency.You will identify optimization potentials, plan and initiate OpEx projects, and actively monitor and accompany the entire process. In your interface role, you will collaborate closely with responsible departments and execute comprehensive reporting related to OpEx projects.

Your responsibilities

• Central point of contact for business process optimizations
• Identification of optimization potentials along the entire value chain
• Development and implementation of OpEx strategies (including Continuous Improvement), as well as assistance in creating process descriptions and ensuring high quality (SmarterPro)
• Initiation of OpEx projects to enhance various business processes with the responsible departments
• Coordination and monitoring of all ongoing OpEx projects
• Execution of all reports related to OpEx projects in relevant global tools (especially Relex)
• Responsible for conducting Maturity Assessments

Your background

• Successfully completed studies in areas such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Relevant professional experience in process optimization in a production environment – preferably in the field of electrical engineering
• Negotiation skills in German and fluent written and spoken English
• High affinity for IT and interest in technological trends
• SAP knowledge (e.g., in SD or MM modules) or deep expertise in MS Excel or Power BI is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of process methods (such as Lean Six Sigma) is advantageous but not mandatory
• We are looking for a team-oriented, motivated, and process-oriented individual who, with both empathy and persuasiveness, wants to shape and optimize current business processes in the role of interface manager
