AdresseAs a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and innovative digital experiences. You will work closely with various departments, fostering collaboration to drive the success of our projects.
Your Role in a Team:
- Set up and optimize paid campaigns on social media platforms, driving results through strategic thinking based on data-driven insights.
- Co-own the advertising and testing strategy for the Paid Social Channels (Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Plan, execute, and optimize conversion rates across platforms and products, to achieve goals and KPIs, ensuring efficient budget allocation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with our Creative & Product Teams to drive creative and efficient ad creation and customer journey optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign data, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine and improve campaign performance.
- Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge in campaign strategies.
- Discover and grow new channels to drive conversions and the development of a multi-channel user acquisition strategy (e.g. Messenger Marketing, Advertising on new social platforms).
What You Need to be Successful:
- Experience: At least 3 years of in-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Meta and TikTok are a must). Influencer Marketing knowledge is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in social media algorithms, trends, and industry dynamics.
- Willingness to experiment with new approaches and strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in data-driven performance analysis, customer journey optimization and A/B testing as well as deep understanding of tracking and analytics.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting project deadlines.
