ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be part of our Demand Generation team and responsible for lead generation and optimization of the campaigns across all the paid search (Google, Bing, Capterra) and social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.). We are looking for a marketer with strong expertise in SEA, PPC & paid social, ideally with a background in the B2B SaaS world.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

  • Work with the demand generation lead to create, develop and implement effective paid search and paid social strategies
  • Manage (hands-on) and optimize the demand generation campaigns across multiple ad networks such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Capterra (Capterra, GetApp, SoftwareAdvice), LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
  • Analyze data across different funnel stages and identify trends and opportunities for improvement using HubSpot, Looker and advertising platforms
  • Manage paid performance budget , ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Optimize bidding, creatives and audiences between ad networks to reach the best possible efficiency and desired volumes of Leads, MQLs and SQLs
  • Produce engaging, clear & concise copy for paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Work closely with digital experience manager to actively create new landing pages, measure and execute A/B tests for landing pages, ad copies and creatives
  • Cooperate with the content and design departments to coordinate the internal production of advertising material
  • Track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to ensure we are pacing well against targets
  • Ensure accurate tracking of campaign engagement in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hubspot and Looker
  • Stay on top of the trends and techniques development in online advertising as it's a very dynamic field

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Performance Marketing management and high volume independent lead generation marketing
  • Extensive hands-on experience with managing campaigns on paid social and Google Ads, owning the respective 7-digit yearly budget
  • Solid experience working with web tracking and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google tag Manager, Hubspot etc.
  • A passionate and organized self-starter as well as detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Intermediate to advanced analytical knowledge. You are more than comfortable with Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets (e.g vlookup, pivot etc.). Experience with BI tools such as Looker is a plus
  • Experience with paid ads across software research platforms (e.g. Capterra, GetApp, Software Advice) is a plus, but not required
  • The ability to assess data, draw conclusions, develop actionable insights and present defined next steps
  • Experience with programmatic display campaigns is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional team members to ensure campaigns success.
