Marketing Manager 80−90%

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Sales Enablement team.

You are interested in:

You will:

• Marketing Project Planning: From Ideation, to Execution and Reporting, including budget management
• Drive engaging multilingual email marketing campaigns to create demand from prospects and nurture relationships with clients
• Develop content for MixMax to enable Sales and Account Management teams
• Run impactful digital marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement marketing strategy roadmaps for new and/or updated products
• Build brand awareness through various channels
• Develop and coordinate sales enablement initiatives
• Develop and execute internal communication initiatives
• Create and distribute compelling case studies/customer testimonials showcasing our success stories

Your skills:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum four years of proven marketing experience
• Fluent in English & German is a must. Spanish, French or Italian are a big asset
• Exceptional copy writing and communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
• Active problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficient in marketing technology, sales/marketing automation knowledge beneficial
• Willingness to travel to fairs a few times per year within Europe
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional time management and detail-oriented
• High adaptability, thrives in a fast-paced, flexible environment
• Bonus Skills:
• Experience with Salesforce
• Click Up Project Management Experience
• Experience with MixMax
