YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsibility for the further development of an integrated B2B system landscape based on PMI centralized Salesforce platforms to further expand B2B digitalization - Driver for innovative ideas that increase customer experience and the attractiveness of content and communication strategies on the B2B platform - Independent development of optimization approaches and strategic recommendations for action (to increase the acceptance of the digital platform in retail) based on relevant analyses and business goals - Responsibility for the expansion of existing platform functions (e.g. CG Cloud, retailer platform, B2B online store, call center service cloud) - Implementation / automation of innovative digital processes in Salesforce applications or new platforms - Improve and optimize the user experience based on response numbers & advanced analytics - Consult stakeholders with recommendations to solve business challenges and problems YOUR PROFILE: - Successfully completed studies in business (information technology), business administration/digital/media or a comparable field of study - min. 4-5 years of experience in digital, IT or digital marketing as well as experience in dealing with partners and agencies - Ideally initial management experience and the ability to promote and develop employees in a targeted manner - Knowledge of setting up, developing, and administering digital platforms - Project experience in collaboration with specialist/business departments and partners - Experience in working with Salesforce applications or other integrated CRM / communication and commerce platforms required - Results-oriented and independent way of working – drive for action - Convincing personality with strong social skills and very good communication skills at all management levels - Quick comprehension as well as high motivation and enthusiasm - Business fluent English, German is an advantage Do you want to be part of this transformation?
