The Opportunity As a Manager Adobe Advertising, you will be proficient in creating and nurturing a high-performing team of Account Managers. You will utilize your expertise of Media strategy, Account management, Client Management to help individuals build strategy for media activation and performance optimization. Your strong background as a people leader will be required to keep the team motivated to deliver a top-notch work quality and will inspire them to aim towards a bigger organizational goal. You must acquire thorough organizational awareness to guide team members for their career development discussion. You will be expected to demonstrate an excellent stakeholder management skill under all circumstances. You must poses strong executive presence and will be involved presenting business reviews, people success, challenges & mitigation plans to senior leadership team.
What you'll do:
•Recruit, manage, mentor and professionally manage a team of Account Managers & Digital Marketers.•Drive an inclusive and respected culture in the team that propel diversity of thoughts and individuality•Manage team’s utilization goals to ensure performance campaigns are delivered in full•Demonstrate strong executive presence•Present and lead business reviews with senior leadership & stakeholders•Manage a team where the primary responsibility will be end-to-end Client management, campaign executions & revenue realization. These include but are not limited to:oClient ManagementoEscalation ManagementoRevenue reporting, management & Delivery•Manage the day-to-day activities of the team including: team scheduling; Ensure dissemination of process,policies, performance and quality expectations.•Provide management and professional guidance to team members through regular one-on-one meetings,regular team meetings and monthly account reviews.•Manage team to ensure adequate account coverage through team schedules and back-ups. Responsible forcoaching and developing staff to meet or exceed job expectations.•Drive the development of the Client Management and / or Online Marketing discipline within the team•Responsible for owning and driving performance for Adobe Advertising ServicesBusiness.Assisting with quarterly business review preparation, adhoc reports and projects.•Coach and mentor team with customer escalations and non-engagement; assist in problem evaluation andresolution; work directly with customers as necessary to resolve escalated issues. Prepare appropriate statusreports for delivery to customers and account management.•Inform management of potential customer problems; when necessary, escalate customer problems toleadership for assistance in resolving the problem and/or dealing with the customer.•Strive to master Adobe Advertising technology and keep up to date with feature enhancements & updates
