Tasks: Client Services Specialist

Are you passionate about the financial world and is your goal to make every client satisfied? We are looking for a highly motivated Client Support Services Specialist to join our Service Hub organization. The Service Hub is where Vontobel's key support processes are delivered. The different teams provide high quality services for our clients in a highly efficient way.
The team takes ownership and constantly seeks new ways to learn, develop and improve. We are looking for a new team member who sees each client interaction as a possibility to deliver an outstanding client experience exceeding their expectations with each interaction.
What would your role be?

  • Support our clients and stakeholders in the E-banking enrolment process.
  • Assist with specific questions and issues related to Vontobel's E-banking Services.
  • Provide Cash Desk Services, ensuring smooth business flow and processing client transactions.
  • Conduct transaction reports and controls.
  • Various operational client support tasks within the team.

What are we looking for?
  • Banking apprenticeship and 3-5 years of Banking experience preferably with direct client interactions (e.g., Experiences at Cash Desk, E-Banking Support or in a traditional Assistant role).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for direct client interactions, adhering to Vontobel Client Experience Standards.
  • Detail-oriented, agile, with a hands-on mentality, team player, and strong willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in German and English and effective communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
