Our client, an innovative full-service business committed to delivering outstanding legal solutions to a broad spectrum of clients spanning from emerging ventures to global enterprises, is in search of a proficient and seasoned M&A Lawyer to integrate into their team.
Your responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and support on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and disclosure schedules.
• Conduct legal due diligence investigations and assessments.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop and execute transaction strategies.
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Your qualifications:
• Admission to the Swiss bar with several years of practical experience in M&A and corporate law.
• Strong proficiency in German and a good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
