We are currently looking for new team colleagues for our Financial Management department. We offer in-depth training in all areas of a bank.

What you can expect:

• - Supporting and advising the Executive Board and various departments in legal matters
• - Preparation and review of contracts (e.g. loan agreements, IT contracts) in German and English
• - Further development of contract documents and other legal documents
• - Review and update the terms and conditions
• - Support for NPL customers
• - Observation of banking supervisory regulations

• - Completed studies in law
• - Work experience: 3 to 5 years
• - At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, especially in the following areas
  * General civil law, contract law
  * Banking law & financing (promissory note loans, ECA-covered loans)
  * LMA standard
• - Quick comprehension and high problem-solving skills /li>
• - Strong ability to organise yourself and enjoy working independently
• - Ability to cooperate, communicate and work in a team
• - Excellent communication skills in German and English (Turkish an advantage)
