As an Associate, you'll have the opportunity to play a role in the expansion of an energetic and vibrant team. Your main duties will involve providing legal guidance and assistance to clients in the fields of corporate, IT, and data law.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of agreements in the technology space such as software licensing, SaaS and outsourcing agreements
- Consulting in the IP and data protection area
- Providing general legal advice and revision of commercial contracts
- Providing legal advice to clients on a wide range of corporate matters
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in law with the Swiss bar exam
- 1 to 5 years of working experience with corporate/commercial law focus and ideally IT and data law experience
- Independent in work and with entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent in German and English (any other language is a plus)
