The Berlin office of VINCI Concessions is located in the up-and-coming commercial zone in Adlershof, together with other VINCI entities. Business activities originate in classic road infrastructure and are rapidly expanding to new markets. The Berlin team comprises all departments and handles development activities as well as ongoing projects in dedicated project companies. The legal department currently consists of two persons.
Your role
- Providing legal assistance to infrastructure projects via public tenders as well as M&A processes in cooperation with engineers, accountants and project managers
- Drafting and negotiating public contracts as well as associated contracts
- Conquering new legal fields in innovative infrastructure projects
- Internal legal risk analysis and preparation of memos as well as presentations for commercial decision makers and committees
- Legal advice for project companies in execution, including dispute management
- Legal support for the financing of infrastructure projects
- Handling corporate and compliance matters of the German branch
Your professional profile
Minimum requirements:
- 2nd state examination in law
- Full working proficiency in English (minimum level C2)
- up to 4 years of relevant professional experience
